It is an amazing tool--- not magic!
Dennis and I continue to work out between 3 and 5 times a week.
I have lost 84 pounds!
More importantly, I feel VERY GOOD! This is a marathon... not a race!
I am experiencing some hair loss, which I didn't have an over abundance to begin with.
With the creative help of my beautician, and 2 appointments, we have a cut and color which seems to be helping hide the issue a bit. Who ever said that she is a "Beautician not a Magician!"
November is also the month with Dennis and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary! (We just celebrated a bit early on the Door County trip) Another anniversary in November is my full time employement at MedSelect (ABTG) which is 7 years! In honor of these two anniversaries and "friendship", my friend, (use to be boss) Kathy made me one of her fantastic, beautiful, special quilts! While Kathy quilts, she spends the time thinking about the person and the memories that they share. We have so many memories that you would think this would be the world's largest quilt!

I want to share part of the special card that Kathy gave with the quilt.
"The quilt has mistakes and I tried to fix all of them; but, realized our friendship is full of mistakes and things I would like to fix or undo too. I realized it wasn't necessary, to fix every mistake in the quilt because "a friend is someone who knows everything about you and likes you anyways!"
And that is why I love both my quilt and my friend!
